All rentals are subject to a RM50 security deposit.
Customers shall ensure that all rented gear is returned in a clean and good condition.
Self pickup only. To ensure our equipment stays in top condition, we currently do not offer postage.
No Smoking: Smoking inside or near a rental tent is strictly prohibited.
No Pets Allowed: Due to hygiene and sensitivy of local any type of pets are strictly prohibited
Cooking Distance: Never cook inside a tent. Aside from the carbon monoxide risk, the grease and smells attract wildlife and can damage the tent’s waterproof coating.
Replacement Cost: If an item is destroyed or lost, you are typically charged the full retail replacement value, not the used gear price.
Early Returns: No refunds or credits provided for equipment returned prior to the contract end date.
Gear not returned within 12 hours of the scheduled return time will be deemed 'Lost' or 'Stolen.' The customer will be charged the full retail replacement value of the equipment in addition to accrued late fees.
Reservation Notice: Rental items are not reserved until a deposit or full payment is received. Unpaid bookings are subject to cancellation by the vendor at any time.
Once full payment for a booking is received, it is considered non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than three (3) days prior to the scheduled collection date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested within this 72-hour window.
